Prices subject to change dependent on severity of any algae or dirt/economic impact.

S&F does NOT use pressure on any siding. We use a process called soft washing. Soft washing kills algae upon contact and is only strong enough to kill algae and not surrounding grass and does not harm pets of any kind. Some vinyl siding may be "dirt stained" where it has imprinted on the siding and will not come off with pressure. If S&F feels as if we may run into this, disclosure will be given. Using high pressure on siding could also damage and leave permanent markings.
