Should I get gutter guards?

Gutter guards can be a nice addition to some homes. This is a service we offer with gutter cleaning. If you get a quote from a company that installs gutter guards, we would be happy to come out and give you a FREE second opinion. We find ourselves still cleaning gutters that have guards. For most homes, we recommend gutter mushrooms. The mushrooms sit at the top of your downspouts to ensure the downspouts do not become clogged. We offer installation for an additional fee.

How often do I need to have my home washed?

There is no wrong answer to this question. Some homes that collect bugs or spider webs can be washed multiple times a year. This is solely at the customer’s discretion. Generally, it is recommended to have your home washed once a year to deter environmental elements from building up on surfaces. We love to help our customers understand their best options.

What does being google guaranteed mean?

Google Guaranteed is a certification program created to increase customer confidence in local businesses. Customers who are vetting companies online can look for the Google Guaranteed Badge, which offers protection if something goes wrong. This will be covered up to $2,000.00. This only applies to those who book the service through google guaranteed ad service.

Are your chemicals safe for my plants and pets?

The chemicals we use can kill plants and are not safe for pets to consume. However, we ensure to water all vegetation that will be exposed to our chemicals. This will dilute the chemicals to a much more mild state. Our chemicals diluted will not harm your plants or pets.

Do you pressure wash my siding or roof?

NO! We do not use pressure on your siding or roof. Pressure on the siding can cause damage or striping if oxidation is present. We do not put pressure on your roof because it WILL void your warranties as well as the potential of blowing off shingles. We use our soft wash process that uses chemicals to help kill and mitigate algae.

Are Pressure washing and Power washing the same?

These processes are different! Pressure washing is strictly the use of cold water and pressure. Power washing is the use of hot water and pressure. These applications are used for different things. It is good to know the difference.
